Incorporated in 2016 by Niall and Áine Meehan, Geo Drilling Solutions combines over 30 years of experience across a range of drilling sectors to deliver strategic planning, consultation, and technical support for utility companies, consultants, specialist contractors, and clients.

We provide a greater understanding of how to drill, remediate, or decommission boreholes — backed by an exceptional team and a commitment to ever-higher standards.

Niall Meehan

Managing Director

Co-founder of Geo Drilling Solutions and Drilling Supplies Europe. A Cranfield University graduate with a degree in Environmental Engineering and over 30 years' experience across a wide range of drilling sectors, Niall leads feasibility, design, and technical delivery on every project.

Áine Meehan

Director

Co-founder of Geo Drilling Solutions and Director of Drilling Supplies Europe. A graduate of NUI Galway with a degree in Business Studies, HR & Finance, Áine oversees the business operations and the company's supplies and distribution arm.

BK

Ben Kinch

DRILLER

A graduate of South East Technological University's Geo Drillers Apprenticeship, Ben delivers drilling operations on site — from water wells and geothermal boreholes to testing and well development.

HEALTH & SAFETY

Safety on Every Site

Drilling is heavy, skilled work, and keeping our crew, your site and everyone around it safe comes first on every job, from a back garden to a live utility crossing.

Every member of the GDS team is trained and certified before they set foot on site.

Ireland & UK - and Beyond

We presently operate throughout Ireland and the UK, and we happily travel further afield if feasible.

Our project experience spans from North America to Western Europe — including the Azores Islands in the mid-Atlantic.
